Catering

If you have an event coming up that you would like us to cater for, then we would be happy to discuss the options with you. We offer a range of catering menus to suit each event and budget. You may want a selection of pastries and salads in order to recreate our counter display, or perhaps you’re looking for something a little different for a special occasion. Either way we are happy to create a bespoke menu just for you.

Below is a sample catering menu which can be recreated, or tweaked to suit your personal taste.

All of our food is made on site using fresh and, wherever possible, seasonal ingredients.

Small Bites/Dips

White bean and charred onion dip
Fava bean hummus with chilli oil and crispy chickpeas
Labneh swirled with olive tapenade and topped with crispy capers
Smoked salmon, crème fraiche and pickled mustard on sourdough bruschetta
Lentil and mushroom sausage rolls with our signature brown sauce
Spiced pork sausage rolls with our signature brown sauce

Salads

New potato, pickled cucumber and red onion with mixed seasonal herbs
Sumac, coriander seed and maple roasted carrots
Borlotti beans with seared kale, tomato and roasted shallot
Butter beans, rocket and toasted pumpkin seeds with a dill and orange dressing
Red cabbage, white onion, pickled cucumber and za’atar chickpeas with chilli and garlic sauce
Miso and maple roasted aubergine with spring onions, red chilli, toasted sesame and coriander

Whole roasted side of salmon
Slow roasted spiced lamb shoulder
Whole roasted lemon and herb chicken

Sandwiches

All of our signature sandwiches can be served as smaller versions for grazing

The Classic BLT - crispy bacon, gem lettuce, ox heart tomato and house-made mayo
Egg Mayo - Chopped egg in house-made mayo, with mixed seasonal herbs, spring onions and a touch of caraway
Coronation Chicken - Brined and roasted chicken mixed with curried mayo, sultanas, toasted almonds, coriander and spring onions.
Tuna Mayo - Tuna and house-made nori aioli mix, with capers, pickled cucumber, mixed seasonal herbs and baby gem lettuce.
Roasted Veg and Mozzarella - Roasted mediterranean vegetables with fresh pumpkin seed and basil pesto and shredded mozzarella
Beetroot and Goats Cheese - Goats curd, cooked beetroot, pickled red onion and watercress
Roast Beef - Sliced roasted beef with roasted red peppers, fresh rocket and house-made aioli.

Sweets

All of our usual pastries and cakes can be made to order for your event. However if you require something slightly different then we can also offer the following alternatives:
